How do you treat the folliculitis reported with tapinarof?

Well, in the clinical trial, folliculitis, first of all, happened in a minority of patients, and of the patients that had it, the majority of them, it was mild and it didn't require any sort of therapeutic intervention. In the cases where the PI felt that they did want to do something, they were allowed to choose what sort of therapy they wanted to do. And so there was a mix of things, topical antibiotics, keratolytics, topical benzel peroxide. But the best news is very, very few patients stop the use of tipinorov because of the development of the folliculitis. And the folliculitis looks more keratosis pilaris like than a juicy folliculitis we might think of with chronic topical steroid use of something of that nature. So I don't anticipate it's going to be some thing that we're going to be really worried about when we start utilizing to Pinnoff. But that's a great question, and I think we will learn more as we all start to use it.
