Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:

  • Describe the pathways for the development of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)

  • Review emerging procedural and medical management of HS and strategies for incorporating into patient care

  • Discuss best practices in managing pain and wound care in HS

  • Develop strategies to involve patients in shared decision making
